Group 3 Music Video Analysis

• Mise En Scene (what the camera sees - clothes/make up, locations, props, lighting, actor,  movements/expressions)

Both male actors are dressed in hoodies, joggers and trainers and looks like they went for the natural look so no make up was applied. The video is shot in Coventry town, on the way to the train station, behind nandos and outside of school. No props where used it was simply the camera and the two actors. The video was shot in broad day light. The actors where moving in a way as if they were the real rappers and their face expressions went with the music.

• Type (Performance, Narrative, concept, mixed)

Its a narrative music video because they're showing their emotions through their face expressions and it shows where they're going. So the song and the images go together because they're constant. 
The video does follow conventions of hip-hop music videos although it could have done with a bit more enthusiasm. The video needed different scenes not just of the surroundings and the actors but also what is being said in the lyrics of the song.
